Oliver Millichap
Oliver is an Associate in the Commercial, Technology and Sports team.
Oliver has experience of advising clients across a variety of sectors, focusing particularly on commercial, technology, media entertainment and sport.
His experience includes advising clients on a broad range of issues covering IP, GDPR, commercial and regulatory issues. This includes commercial and technology contracts, such as franchising, distribution, licensing, supply, sponsorship and SaaS agreements. In addition, he has worked with sports organisations, athletes and intermediaries.
He has experience of advising football clubs on their compliance with Financial Fair Play in light of COVID-19 and other clients on a range of football regulatory matters (such as bridge transfers), as well as numerous high profile footballers in relation to their playing contracts.
Other recent highlights include advising an F1 driver on an agreement for the management of his commercial affairs and advising a games developer on an important agreement with a customer.
Oliver has previously worked in-house in the commercial department at a major film studio.
