Jack Rigelsford
Jack Rigelsford is an associate in the Intellectual Property team at CMS. Jack has experience advising clients in the media, technology, pharmaceutical and sports sectors on a variety of IP issues. He provides advice on matters including brand protection, commercial agreements and trade mark, patent and copyright infringements. Jack has particular expertise advising on intellectual property issues arising in the metaverse and NFT spaces, as well as regulatory requirements for CBD-, nicotine- and tobacco-containing products. Jack completed a secondment to the British Olympic Association in 2021.
