Jason Collins

Jason Collins was a tax partner and Head of Tax as well as being Head of client relationships for the Financial Services sector at Pinsent Masons. Described by The Times as “one of the UK's leading tax specialists”, Jason is one of the leading tax practitioners in the UK, specialising in the taxation of high net worth individuals. As a tax partner, Jason has a particular focus on the resolution of disputes with HM Revenue & Customs in all aspects of tax. He advises clients facing an “anti-avoidance” challenge by HMRC and on the powers of tax authorities to share information with each other around international structures.
