Louisa Winning

Louisa is a solicitor with experience in civil litigation, and law firm compliance and risk management. She worked as a fee earner for over 15 years before making the move into risk and compliance, where she has experience in both regional and national law firms as an in-house compliance practitioner.

Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2022, Louisa was a Senior Risk & Compliance Lawyer at Browne Jacobson LLP. She worked closely with key stakeholders on a wide variety of risk and compliance issues including the development of policies, processes and procedures, incident and complaints management, accreditation management, providing practical advice to busy fee earners and embedding a positive compliance culture. She also supported business development opportunities.

Louisa has also written and delivered training on several topics including GDPR and the SRA Standards and Regulations.
