Homyar Pahlan

Homyar trained as a solicitor at Slaughter and May and worked in the corporate tax department for four years after qualification. He advised on all aspects of direct and indirect tax, including M&A, group reorganisations and structured finance. He joined the International Tax team at Deloitte LLP in 2020 where he focused on cross-border advisory work and complex tax disputes. Homyar joined Lexis®PSL in August 2022.
