On 29 September 2022, the Slovene National Assembly passed the new Prevention of Restriction of Competition Act (ZPOmK-2). ZPOmK-2 was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia on 11 October 2022, entered into force on 26 October 2022, and has applied since 26 January 2023.
