The rules on acknowledgment of service are contained in Part 10 for Part 7 claims and in Part 8 for Part 8 claims. Part 10 was entirely replaced on 6 April 2022 and Practice Direction 10 was deleted in full, although the provisions in force before 6 April 2022 continue to apply to proceedings issued before that date...
