ARCHIVED: This archived Practice Note reviews several key decisions concerning the Disclosure Scheme in the Business and Property Courts (B&PCs) during its first six years (up to 31 December 2024), charting progress from the pilot that began on 1 January 2019 to its status as a permanent practice direction, CPR PD 57AD, on 1 October 2022.
