2026 Investigations under Article 101 TFEU/Article 3 of the Act on the Protection of Competition

  • Electronics – HP TRONIC Zlín, spol. s r.o.: Restrictive agreement—RPM. Infringement decision announced—07/05/2026; fines totalling CZK 38,971,000 imposed.
