Consistent with the case of Ahmed, and under the Immigration and Social Security Co‑ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020 and its transitional measures, properly and validly made EEA family permit applications submitted before 31 December 2020 continued still to qualify for consideration and potential approval afterwards, provided applicants satisfied Regulation 11(5)(e) of the 2016 Regulations.
