The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA 2024)

The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA 2024) seeks to establish a framework empowering the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) to oversee and boost competition across digital markets.
