What does Requirements mean? In Development Consent Order (DCO) practice, Requirements are the binding conditions that regulate how, when and on what detailed terms the authorised development may proceed. They typically oblige the undertaker to submit and secure approval of detailed design, construction, and environmental management documents (for example, CEMP, traffic, landscape, contamination and archaeology plans) before commencement, phased works or operation. The term is used in legislation: section 120 of the Planning Act 2008 permits a DCO to impose “requirements”. This Practice Note addresses the disclosure duties applying from 6 April 2014 to occupational and personal pension schemes under the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2013, SI 2013/2734 (the 2013 Disclosure Regulations). Introduction of new disclosure regime from 6 April 2014

The 2013 Disclosure Regulations took effect on 6 April 2014, amalgamating the disclosure provisions previously set out in:

the Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996, SI 1996/1655—repealed,
and the Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1987, SI 1987/1110—repealed,

These are combined into a single set of regulations prescribing the information requirements applicable to both occupational pension schemes and personal pension schemes within one consolidated instrument applicable across schemes...
