What is the time period for registering charges at Companies House?

All charges created by a UK company or LLP must be registered at Companies House, subject to certain limited exceptions. The ‘period allowed for delivery’ of a registrable charge, together with the accompanying statement of particulars, is 21 days beginning with the day after the date of creation of the charge.
