Applicants and other interested parties taking part in an anti-dumping investigation are required to provide the required information as applicable.
Typically, this is furnished when the applicant completes the application form, or when interested parties answer the investigating authority’s questionnaire.
Nonetheless, the applicant and/or interested parties may need to submit material continuously throughout the course of the investigation as necessary.
