21 December 2022 R (on the application of LW Zenith Ltd) v Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities [2022] EWHC 3317 (Admin) Permitted development: The Planning Court considered whether, when granting prior approval for a change of use from office to residential under Class O of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted development) (England) Order 2015, SI 2015/596 (GPDO), a condition could require completion of works under a separate planning permission for operational development. The court held that this was permissible on the facts.
