This Checklist highlights the principal points to weigh up when entering into, drafting, or reviewing contractual joint venture arrangements. It addresses the legal, regulatory and practical aspects surrounding such arrangements. Preliminary issues for consideration

  • What is the current position of the parties’ discussions? See Practice Note: Pre-contractual representations and statements.
  • Is a confidentiality undertaking needed from one, some or all parties or their affiliates?
