OFSI reissues General Licence on funds of non-designated third parties

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) has renewed General Licence INT/2024/4761108, issued under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, SI 2019/855, reg 64, covering funds of non-designated third parties where designated credit or financial institutions are involved. This Practice Note This Practice Note reviews mechanisms used in settling litigation. A Tomlin order consists of a consent order paired with a schedule. It operates to stay proceedings on terms that have been agreed. The provisions contained in the schedule may remain confidential. This Practice Note describes the scope of confidentiality attaching to the schedule and sets out how it differs from a standard consent order.
