Court gives SFO the green light to enforce DPA against Guralp

On 31 January 2025, a judge permitted the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) to move ahead with action seeking to hold a seismic technology firm to account for breaking its corporate bribery deal, marking the agency’s inaugural effort to enforce the terms of a suspended prosecution agreement.
