On 29 November 2024, at the Civil Justice Council’s (CJC) 13th National Forum, the Master of the Rolls, Sir Geoffrey Vos, the Lady Chief Justice, Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill, Heidi Alexander MP, and Rachel Rossi, Director of the Office for Access to Justice at the US Department of Justice, each delivered a speech to attendees. The programme focused on the theme ‘access to justice—working together’. That shared message emphasised working together to secure access to justice. It operates to stay proceedings on terms that have been agreed. The provisions contained in the schedule may remain confidential.
