Ofgem has published a formal notice proposing to award a code manager licence to Elexon Limited under section 5(8) of the Code Manager Selection Regulations 2024, SI 2024/1081. If granted, the licence would permit the company to supervise and oversee the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC).
