Corporate Omnibus package: ‘Stop the Clock’ Directive postponing application of sustainability rules published in Official Journal

Directive (EU) 2025/794 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU, dated 14 April 2025, amends Directives (EU) 2022/2464 and (EU) 2024/1760 in relation to the dates from which Member States must apply specified corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence obligations.
