BIS Innovation Hub publishes 2025-2026 work programme

The BIS Innovation Hub (the Hub) has issued its 2025–26 work programme, also providing an update on its purpose and recent work. The Hub’s role is to encourage international collaboration on cutting‑edge financial technology within the central banking community. Its remit covers spotting key technology trends, creating public goods to strengthen the global financial system, and acting as a network for central bank specialists. By early 2025, its pipeline comprised 26 live projects, with 31 completed since the Hub launched in 2019, and 16 initiatives begun in 2024. See: LNB News 15/01/2025 26. This Practice Note This Practice Note reviews mechanisms used in settling litigation. A Tomlin order consists of a consent order paired with a schedule. It operates to stay proceedings on terms that have been agreed. The provisions contained in the schedule may remain confidential. This Practice Note describes the scope of confidentiality attaching to the schedule and sets out how it differs from a standard consent order. Sample wording for a Tomlin order is included, alongside links to precedents, as well as guidance on court approval.
