The Commercial Court found Oceanus Capital SARL was entitled to an indemnity under a Mortgagee’s Interest Insurance (MII) policy issued by the defendant, Lloyd’s Insurance Company SA, after the vessel was lost due to a mine strike in Ukrainian waters. See: [2025] EWHC 3293 (Comm).
