Court of Appeal upholds Patents Court finding that prostate cancer treatment was not obvious (Accord v Astellas)

This decision from Lord Justice Arnold is essential reading if you plan to brief an expert in a patent dispute. The Court of Appeal rejected an appeal against the Patents Court’s conclusion that the patent was not invalid over the prior art cited.
