Since the very start of the year, the Commission has issued six notable guidance documents to help support compliance with the EU AI Act. On 4 February 2025, it unveiled the AI Literacy Repository to support Article 4, in force from 2 February 2025, which obliges organisations to actively promote AI literacy internally (see: LNB News 05/02/2025 43). The repository showcases practical training initiatives from early adopters and provides a benchmark for companies developing internal competence frameworks. This Practice Note This Practice Note reviews mechanisms used in settling litigation. A Tomlin order consists of a consent order paired with a schedule. It operates to stay proceedings on terms that have been agreed. The provisions contained in the schedule may remain confidential. This Practice Note describes the scope of confidentiality attaching to the schedule and sets out how it differs from a standard consent order.
