  • Frozen assets reporting 2025—OFSI has confirmed the 2025 frozen assets reporting exercise and released a refreshed reporting template for use. Anyone who holds or manages funds or economic resources owned, held or controlled by a designated person must inform OFSI of the value of assets held at close of business on 30 September 2025. This captures assets in the UK and abroad, in all cases where UK financial sanctions law applies. See: Financial sanctions.
  • UK sanctions perceptions survey—The government has formally opened the 2025 sanctions perceptions survey. It seeks views from the UK private sector and NGOs on UK sanctions, covering organisations’ knowledge and understanding, and how government can assist organisations in their compliance efforts. This Practice Note This Practice Note reviews mechanisms used in settling litigation. A Tomlin order consists of a consent order paired with a schedule. It operates to stay proceedings on terms that have been agreed. The provisions contained in the schedule may remain confidential.
