RICS updates FAQs on BSA 2022. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has refreshed its responses to several frequently asked questions on the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA 2022). RICS also notes that PWC Building Control Services Ltd (PWC) has gone into liquidation, after applying on 1 February 2024 to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for entry on the building control approvers register. This Practice Note This Practice Note reviews mechanisms used in settling litigation. A Tomlin order consists of a consent order paired with a schedule. It operates to stay proceedings on terms that have been agreed. The provisions contained in the schedule may remain confidential.
