Electronic filing

The revised Guide introduces a brand-new Chapter 3 addressing electronic filing and codifying the compulsory use of CE-File for legally represented parties in the Queen’s Bench Division (QBD) at the Royal Courts of Justice (excluding the Administrative Court). Note that:

  • CE-File is not currently deployed in the district registries of the QBD
