Judge Mark Pelling held that Dimitrios Somovidis cannot ‘ring‑fence’ elements of his worldwide assets by contending that Beograd Innovation Ltd is barred from suing him in England due to Russian bankruptcy proceedings begun by a predecessor of the claimant.
