Market studies

The CMA has updated and revised its administrative schedule for its ongoing market investigation into the provision of public cloud infrastructure services across the UK. The CMA had planned to release its provisional decision for consultation during November or December 2024. The updated administrative timetable now indicates the provisional decision will be published in January 2025. Response hearings will also be held in February and March 2025 respectively, and the CMA aims to issue its final decision in July 2025—see further, the case page
