The CAT has delivered its judgment on liability in London Array Limited & Others v Nexans France SAS & Others, a claim for damages under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 brought by London Array Limited (London Array) and others against Nexans France S.A.S. and Nexans S.A (together, Nexans).
