The Immigration (Biometric Information etc) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, SI 2025/382 took effect on 27 March 2025 and introduce a series of changes to the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008 (Biometric Regs 2008), SI 2008/3048, to support different elements of the shift to eVisas.
