PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY

This is a legally enforceable contract (the AGREEMENT) between you (the Customer) and [ INSERT SUPPLIER COMPANY NAME ], whose registered address is [ ADDRESS OF SUPPLIER ] (being the Supplier, we or us).
