How to use these drafting notes

These drafting notes are intended for preparing particulars of claim where a private landlord has issued a notice under section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 (HA 1988) to the tenant of a property let on an assured shorthold tenancy (AST), and the standard procedure for possession is being followed, rather than the accelerated route.
