Add new definitions to ‘definitions’ article as appropriate:

  • present • for the purposes of physical General meetings, signifies attendance in person; for the purposes of electronic general meetings, signifies attendance by Electronic means (and references to persons attending by electronic means shall be understood as attendance at electronic general meetings via the electronic platform(s) specified in the notice of that meeting);
  • electronic general meeting • denotes a general meeting held on an electronic platform;
  • electronic platform • includes, without limitation, website addresses and conference call systems;

Add the following new clauses as required and renumber document accordingly:
