When lodging a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) through the National Crime Agency (NCA) SAR Portal, there are nine core sections to complete. This information gathering sheet helps you assemble the details required for each part, and includes a closing section to note actions and information after submission. It should be completed by the person making the external SAR.
